Terms and conditions
The customer will hand over property, hereinafter referred to as items, to Pikuliten Ab (Business ID: 3516428-3) for consignment sales. The items are not listed individually, and additional items may be submitted during the sales period.
For sold items, the customer receives a commission of 30% of the sales price, while the remaining 70% accrues to Pikuliten Ab. Commission payments are made quarterly to the bank account provided by the customer.
Once the items have been submitted, Pikuliten Ab has full authority to decide what will happen to them, including which items will be accepted for consignment, at what price, or whether they will be sorted out and donated to charity or recycled. Pikuliten Ab has the right to adjust prices during the sales period, for example during campaigns or clearance sales.
Once the items have been handed over to Pikuliten Ab, the customer has no right to request their return. In cases of theft, loss, or damage to items taken out for sale, the customer must report this to their own insurance company for compensation. It is the customer’s responsibility to keep their property insured.
This consignment agreement terminates either on the day when all items have been sold and the customer’s share of the sales value has been paid out, or one year after the date the agreement was signed. After the expiry of the agreement, all unsold items will, without compensation, transfer to Pikuliten Ab for donation or recycling.
A customer account will be created in Pikuliten Ab’s customer register where all customer details are stored. Pikuliten may share relevant information with sellers through the store’s newsletter. Sellers can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. Pikuliten Ab processes personal data in accordance with GDPR.
By signing this agreement, the customer confirms that, at the time of submission, the items belong to them and that they therefore have the right to submit the items for sale. Pikuliten Ab is not responsible for lost or stolen products. Destruction of products due to force majeure, fire, water damage, burglary, or vandalism does not entail liability for compensation.
